Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat

The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that can be converted from a single stroller to a double stroller with the addition of an additional seat or glider board (sold separately). It can also be configured to become a triple travel system by adding an infant bench seat or car seat. In all, it offers 24 options and is a top-rated stroller overall. This model utilizes Baby Jogger's soft, breathable TENCEL fabrics that help with thermal regulation and are sourced sustainably. It has a premium leatherette handlebar and bumper bar, and comes with the belly bar. It's 20% smaller and lighter than the top single-to-double stroller available, the UPPAbaby V2.

It comes with a sunshade of medium size and a handy magnetic peek-a-boo window that is simple to open and close. The telescoping bar can be one of the most easily adjustable, and is suitable for parents of any height. The seats recline and come with a footwell adjustment knob to allow you to place your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin is spacious with plenty of room, but we would have preferred an easier latch. The bin is easy to open, however the zippers can be frustrating because they have to be removed and put back in place after every use.

The City Select, like its siblings, has single-action breakers that are simple to install and release by pulling a lever located on the frame's side, lower than the handlebar. It is comfortable for sandals and barefoot and an improvement over the awkward levers for brakes that some competitors use.

This is the only stroller we've reviewed in our review that accepts two infant car seats, making it a great alternative for twins, or for parents with a single child and a baby on the way. It is compatible with most major brands' infant car seats by using an adapter. We tested it with Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models as well as the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is a good option for families that already own a car seat but are looking for a stroller that can accommodate it. However, you might be better served with another convertible stroller for this scenario.
